Express E-Design ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Our Express E-Design service makes adding style to your home simple. We combine high-end expertise with the ease and convenience of virtual design. Within 48 hours of your one-on-one design consultation, you’ll a receive a photo-realistic, customized room design and shopping list, curated exclusively for you.
PHOTOS
Send us photos of your space - this well help us get a sense the design possibilities. They don’t have to be perfect, but make sure you show us all angles of the room. If you have a vision or inspiration photos, send those too.
DETAILED MEASUREMENTS
If you have a floor plan, send that along. If not, measurements such a ceiling height and length and width of the room helps ensure we’re selecting pieces that fit within the space and everything works to the right scale. Tricky spot in the room? Be sure to include measurements of that as well.
One-On-One ConsUltation
An introduction phone call to discuss your space and the photos you sent, we’ll discuss how you use the space, your personal style and gather all the information we need to transform your room. We want to understand your design aesthetic, lifestyle, likes, and dislikes.
ROOM DESIGN
Following the consultation, we’ll send you one complete design with every item in your space. In addition to the room design, you’ll receive a 2D floor plan what will show where major pieces of furniture will be placed in your room.
REVISIONS
We’re happy to revise the photo-realistic rendering and swap out pieces, creating a space you’ll love to look at and live in. Your purchase comes with one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, we work on an hourly rate of $75 per hour.
TIMING
We guarantee we’ll have your design and floor plan within 48 hours of our consultation. Note: Timing is per room - multiple room projects take up to 48 hours each.
PROPOSAL
We’ll prepare a custom proposal outlining your design, the design choices we made, and a complete breakdown of the budget for your review. The proposal includes a budget breakdown by item category (e.g., furniture, art and decor, accessories, plants, etc.,)
THE PROCESS
Here’s a step by step process of the Express E-Design package:
Step 1: Start your project
Checkout online and complete your Project Profile
Step 2: Send photos
Send photos of your space and any additional inspiration photos
Step 3: Schedule a design consultation
Once we receive and review your photos, we’ll schedule a design consultation via phone
Step 4: Receive your design
Within 48 hours of our consultations, you’ll receive three documents via email: (1) room design, (2) 2D Floor Plan, and (3) custom proposal with an itemized list of every item in your design.
Step 5: Review your design
Once you’ve reviewed all the documents, schedule a time discuss the proposal, provide feedback, and make one final round of changes (if any). You’ll receive an updated set of documents and your product list, allowing you to start purchasing items at your own pace.
Step 6: Complete your design
Once you have your final design, you’ll be able to use your photo-realistic room rendering and 2D floor plan as a roadmap. At your own pace, order every item in your design, giving you the feeling of being a 5-star designer
