Each of our services have a flat fee involved, so you’ll never need to question hourly rates or measure square-footage. It’s your budget and we respect that.

Due prior to consultation

TIMING

Once payment is remitted, we’ll coordinate our initial consultation via phone. Once we complete our initial consultation, we typically takes between 3-5 business days to complete the inspiration boards for your space.

You’ll receive two design directions to choose from. Once you choose your design concept direction, we’ll visualize the entire space in 3D.

Once you review the 3D renderings, we’ll schedule another call together to review the design. If needed, one design revision is included in the pricing above. Should you need additional revisions, a $150 fee applies per revision.

TIMING

Typically within 3-5 business days you’ll be able to view your curated inspiration boards, and a project overview. Once you’ve aligned on a design direction we’ll fully render your space in high-resolution 3D. This process usually takes 5-10 business days from gaining an accurate layout with dimensions.*

COMMUNICATION

How you communicate is up to you—email, phone calls, texting—pick your preference. If you want to be heavily involved, we can set up a weekly check-in for your project. All of the design choices will be uploaded to your personal online design portal to access from any computer or smartphone.

PRICING

Each of our services have a flat fee involved, so you’ll never need to question hourly rates or measure square-footage. Pricing for the inspiration board, inspiration photo, and high resolution 3D rendering is $500/room.*

STEP 1

CURATED INSPIRATION BOARDS

Once payment is remitted, our team typically takes between 3-5 business days to complete the inspiration boards and initial high-resolution 3D renderings for your space.

You’ll receive two design directions to choose from. Once you choose your design concept direction, we’ll update your high-resolution 3D rendering with our complete initial design.

Once you finalize the budget, we collect 50% of your project budget before sourcing home furnishings for your review. When sourcing we curate three (3) options for every item in your high-resolution 3D rendering.

Upon making your selections, we plan shipments, manage deliveries, and coordinate installation timing around your schedule.

Once all items are installed and finish, we schedule one final day of staging your apartment for a grand reveal!

HIGH-RESOLUTION 3D REnderings

Our Full Service Design offering provides the most cost-effective value - we’ll exceed your interior design expectations without exceeding your budget.

Once you approve every item, I'll prepare two itemized lists: (1) an itemized list with the items I'll purchase using your CC and (2) an itemized list with all the items I'll need to purchase in person.
