Levi Austin has been making things his whole life — the youngest of five, raised in New York by Trinidadian parents, certain he'd be an architect. He went to the kitchen instead: the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell, then Per Se and Noma.

Per Se taught him precision. Noma taught him to begin with the best essentials. He brings both to every room he designs — and the furniture in his own living room, he built himself.

That discipline became a design house. Levi Austin Design creates editorial homes for the way people truly live — high-impact, deeply personal, and made from clean, sustainable materials.
